An interesting article on NDE Stainless Steel and the first use of a computer for design by a stainless steel fabricator in South Africa.
National Dairy Equipment (Pty) Ltd have many successful years to their credit in the dairy and food industries where they have become a ‘household’ name as a result of their track record in installations, stocking of spares and service.
As a result of their success in these fields, NDE’s managements have taken the decision to extend their activities. NDE have acquired a 2½ acre site on the West Rand which will eventually house new premises for a stockholding centre from which they will supply stainless steel mill products to the Petrochemical, Engineering and Light Fabrication industries.
This new division, to be known as NDE Stainless Steel, will stock a comprehensive range of stainless steel in the forms of sheet, plate, sections, pipe, tube, fittings, valves and woven mesh.
NDE Stainless Steel’s sales team comprises Robbie Lahner, John Lang and Roger Edmed, who between them have 25 years experience in the stainless steel and metal merchanting field.
